Principal, Training & Programmes
Jillian feels passionately about helping Christians see how their faith is not confined to the four walls of the church, but living, active and relevant to all of life. She taught General Paper in a local Junior College from 2003-2009 before leaving to serve as a missionary-teacher in East Asia. In her four years there, she taught English and Educational Philosophy, and was involved in developing a teachers’ training curriculum and mentoring teachers. She considers this season, as well as the following 1.5 years in the United States, pivotal in her understanding of God’s kingdom, His purposes, and what it means for Christians to have a faith for all of life.
An educator at heart, Jillian enjoys guiding young adults to ‘aha’ moments, challenging them to think more deeply and to live in accordance with Biblical truths. She is married to Rev. Edmund Koh and worships at Holy Covenant Methodist Church.
